The following information is the Terms and Conditions for ‘Tiny Concept’. If you place an order with us it is assumed you have read all information and agree to our terms.
Payment
All pricing on our website is in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and prices can be subject to change at our discretion without notice. The exception to this condition is if an order had been placed prior to price change, the original price will be charged. All persons purchasing from ‘Tiny Concept’ must be over the age of 18 years old.
Tiny Concept accepts payment via credit card, direct deposit (please contact us for details) and money order. Please note purchases made by credit card will incur an additional 1.5% charge of the order total.
If you are wishing to place an order to stock our product please contact us to discuss wholesale pricing and delivery.
Cancellation
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery
Although at Tiny Concept we try our best to ensure your items arrive safely we do not take responsibility to lost or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched from Tiny Concept Head Office. We are happy to send your order via registered post at an addition charge. Please contact us to confirm pricing at time of order placed.
Delivery of items in stock will be dispatched within 2 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Delivery is made via Australia Post or upon special request can be couriered.
If a custom order is placed expected dispatch date with be given at time of order placed. As all custom orders are handmade please expect a two (2) week minimum dispatch date.
Below is estimated cost of postage. We will contact you with the final postage amount before order is confirmed. Please note if you are placing an order for wholesale we will contact you to discuss delivery arrangements.

Please allow approximately 5 – 7 business days from the date of dispatch for delivery within metropolitan areas in Australia and up to two (2) weeks in rural or remote areas.
